At our company, we are proud to offer a CO2-neutral shipping service. This initiative aligns with our commitment to environmental sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint.

Please note that we are unable to ship any livestock items outside of the UK.

If you are based in the EU, we can’t ship livestock or food items to you, but we can ship habitats and accessories on request. Please contact us for a shipping quote as shipping is more complicated due to Brexit.

Delivery Charges

We've worked with all delivery companies over the last 22 years and concluded that the Royal Mail is the most reliable shipping company so we are working with them only. Our workshop is situated in visitors restricted area due to live ants/insects kept under quarantine so Royal Mail collects our orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday only. 

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible but we must feed and prepare your ants for their journey to you.

All the products listed on our website are available for immediate dispatch. All the orders placed before 2 pm on Monday will be posted the same day. The same rule applies for orders placed after 2 pm on Monday and 2 pm on Wednesday - will be posted on Wednesday, etc. 

Your order should arrive within:

  - Royal Mail 24 or 24 Tracked - 1-2 working days

  - Royal Mail 48 - 2-3 working days (NO Guarantee on Livestock)

  - Next Day Delivery Guaranteed before 1 pm - 1 working day for UK Mainland addresses and 1-2 working days for the rest

Orders over £99 qualify for FREE Royal Mail 24-tracked delivery in the UK mainland only.

Due to severe weather conditions, the delivery may increase to 3-5 days because of postal disruption so please allow up to 5 working days before contacting our Customer Service team. If you have a particular deadline, we would recommend using our Express Delivery option. Orders will require a signature on delivery.

Next Day Delivery Guaranteed before 1 pm – £11.99 - £14.99 (depending on the weight)

All Live Ants and Colonies orders over £20 have insurance included in the total price.

Non Delivered Goods

If you do not receive an item then we reserve the right to ask you to wait 14 working days before we re-dispatch the item.

We also reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the item was not collected or if a re-delivery is not arranged by you on receipt of a card from Royal Mail. You will also be charged for re-delivery if your order is returned to us by Royal Mail due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delivery Details

It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the correct delivery details are provided to us. We accept no responsibility for damages or losses incurred in these instances.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as live goods cannot be returned. Please read our Return & Refund Policy.
