We guarantee live arrival of the queen in every live colony we send. We ship to mainland UK addresses only, by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Workers and brood are not covered.
If your queen isn’t moving
Delivery can be stressful, and a queen often stays still for a few hours. Any movement of her legs or antennae means she will recover. Most queens are fully active within two to three days.
If she is still not moving the day after delivery
Send us a 20-second video through our contact form. Film the queen steadily for 10 seconds, then gently shake the test tube and keep filming for another 10 seconds. Make sure the Best Ants UK label on the tube is visible.

Keeping your colony safe
