Every queen is checked and fed by hand before dispatch. Best Ants UK guarantees your queen ant arrives alive.

If she does not, we replace her — no argument, no restocking fee.

Live colonies are dispatched Monday, Wednesday and Friday only. This is deliberate: ants are never held in a depot over a weekend. Orders placed outside those days go out on the next dispatch day, packed the same morning they travel.
