Red runner roaches

Ideal for both small and large ant species, these roaches make an excellent feeder choice due to their manageable size and high nutritional value.
Note: Do not feed small colonies live food! Boil for 10 seconds then chop in pieces and serve to ants on a feeding dish or small tinfoil bit.

Red runner vs Dubia roaches?
- Compared to dubias, red runners breed more frequently. Nevertheless, if enough red runners manage to get out (one pregnant female may cause a nightmare), they could become a problem, whereas dubias are typically not a problem at all so we recommend Dubia roaches!

Do not buy Red runner roaches sold for amphibians as some might be fed with contaminated (toxic) food and could exterminate your ants within a couple of days.
